COMPANY TEAM BUILDING
At Sioux Falls Electric, team building events are essential. That’s because they focus on the most important asset of our electrical contracting business—our employees. Team building brings us together by encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
Fun activities help our employees see each other in a different light and allow them to connect in a different setting. We plan a series of team events throughout the year that are fun, motivational and build skills like communication, planning and problem-solving.
I graduated from MTI in 2017 and traveled for work for some time, then left to join Sioux Falls Electric. Sioux Falls Electric is a small town family like atmosphere with larger city diversity and opportunities in the work we do. Sioux Falls Electric is not just a place to work, its an environment that I invest my time that also invests in me.
Brad Ulmer, Journeyman
Sioux Falls Electric has competitive wages and benefits. The atmosphere is like a small-town shop where you matter and are part of a hardworking team. My coworkers are more like family and friends.
